I bought this truck off a farmer in Fresno, CA in 1988.

It is the bottom of the line Ford F100 "custom"

It is a short bed step side and is pretty rare in that regard. Lots of long beds on the road.. some fleetside and some step side. But very very few short box step side Ford pickups in 1970.

It originally had a straight six with absolutely no options.. no power steering or power brakes or air-conditioning… it didn’t even have a radio. It was a working farm truck and the only factory option was an automatic transmission.

It was pretty rough originally and I have done a lot to it. These pages will explain what I have done to fix it up.

I have hundreds of hours of my sweat in this truck and over $10,000 in parts and labor purchased.

I am selling because it has set outside unused over the last few years. May as well sell it to someone who can take care of it.
